20 Oz Tea is a Seattle-based boba tea and ceremonial- grade matcha tea boutique celebrating the art of craft bubble-tea beverages. Converting an existing Live-Work typology unit into their first brick and mortar establishment, first-generation Vietnamese brothers & co-owners Anthony Do & Austin Do saw an opportunity to infuse the space with a creative program that sought to maximize amenity indoor-outdoors gathering space for its customers. A feature wall makes for a perfect social media staple for patrons, while the patio seating accessible through a roll-up garage door welcomes contemporary features with an otherwise minimal aesthetic, all-the-while providing a warm and welcoming environment for its guests.
